Paul Hiteshew Joins Lighthouse Team as Director of Infrastructure Services

Hiteshew will lead Lighthouse's IT team to provide secure, stable and effective infrastructure services to clients.
Lighthouse, a leader in technology-enabled eDiscovery and consulting services, today announced that Paul Hiteshew has joined the team as the director of Infrastructure Services. He brings over 15 years of leadership experience across all facets of information technology including IT operations, service engineering, IT enterprise design, strategic planning, program management, data center provisioning and more. Hiteshew will lead Lighthouse's IT team in providing secure, stable and effective infrastructure services as part of the company's ongoing commitment to our clients.
Prior to Lighthouse, Hiteshew worked as the principal service operations engineering manager at Microsoft, where he designed and deployed solutions for their online service desk, reducing manual efforts and removing human error. In addition, he developed and initiated strategic plans, operational road maps, program frameworks and optimization projects on target year-over-year. Before this role, he was a principal group manager for Microsoft's Operations Center, where he directed a global team of servicemanagers, engineers, project managers and vendors to support the online ecosystem infrastructure.
Paul brings a great deal of leadership experience to Lighthouse, with a particular focus on leading high-performance teams and seamlessly scaling large technology infrastructures with exceptionally demanding availability requirements, said Mark King, chief information officer at Lighthouse. Hiteshew received Technical Certificates in IT and Storage from Lake Washington Institute of Technology and The Compaq Storage University. In addition, he has received certifications for the Cloud and Engineering Leadership Bench, Cloud and Engineering Ring Leader and a Foundation Certificate in IT-Service Management.
