Project Manager
As a Project Manager, Client Services at Lighthouse, you will assist with the management of eDiscovery cases by driving work through various operational departments to meet litigation project requests. This includes creating work orders for tasks associated with data intake, culling, processing, hosting and production and completing quality checks to ensure the accuracy and completeness of work product before it is released to clients.
Senior Project Manager
As a Senior Project Manager, Client Services at Lighthouse you will be responsible for managing to a case or client annual budget, consulting clients on eDiscovery best practices, and identifying preferred paths to completing projects with a focus on reducing costs, increasing speed of delivery and use of Lighthouse technologies to drive client satisfaction. Senior PMs are responsible for planning, monitoring and managing internal and external project communications of pod members. In addition, Senior PMs provide workflow consultation, drive the development of standards and participate in the daily activities associated with providing eDiscovery support to clients.
Custom Solution Specialist
As a Custom Solution Specialist at Lighthouse, you will be responsible for quick-turn triage, troubleshooting and resolution of eDiscovery software, work flow, data and technology challenges escalated from cross-functional groups within the Service Delivery organization. This includes identifying and implementing custom work flows and processes, complex problem solving, data analysis and transformation to meet custom client and operational needs.
Hosting Specialist
As a Hosting Specialist at Lighthouse, you will assist the Operations team by supporting the loading of data in to Relativity, running searches, creating databases, user management and more related to making sure data is ready for review. You will partner with our other Operations functions as well as our Client Services team to ensure client data is shepherded through our various systems while meeting client deadlines with the highest level of quality.
Production Specialist
As a Production Specialist at Lighthouse, you will be responsible for processing electronic evidence to produce to clients in response to legal orders for production. You will assist with converting files to use industry-specific applications in accordance with company and industry standards as well as specific client requests while ensuring the highest level of quality for the final production output.
Processing Specialist
As a Processing Specialist at Lighthouse, you will be responsible for processing client data with the highest level of detail and quality assurance in adherence to industry best practices. Processing Specialists create, prepare, and format load files, text and native files, and other deliverables for review in various databases, such as Relativity.
Intake Specialist
As an Intake Specialist at Lighthouse, you will handle physical media and digital deliveries while maintaining proper Chain of Custody. This includes logging evidentiary media, extracting, restoring and pre-processing data, preparing reports and using forensic tools to cull data as requested by clients. You will assist with archiving data and purge requests, custom client requests, as well as email and file conversions and evidence disposition and documentation.
