SEATTLE, Wash. (April 6, 2015)Lighthouse, a leader in technology-enabled eDiscovery services and consulting, announced that Lynn Reilly has rejoined the company as the director of Hosted Solutions. In this new role, Reilly will strategize and effectively implement proprietary Lighthouse processes to ensure that the Hosted Solutions team meets case needs while driving cost reduction and enhancing review consistency.

Reilly spent the last two and a half years at T-Mobile, where she served as senior corporate counsel for eDiscovery, managing all aspects of eDiscovery for the Fortune 125 corporation. She strategized with in-house and outside counsel around eDiscovery issues, including preservation obligations and negotiations with opposing parties and regulators. While at T-Mobile, Reilly successfully implemented process improvements that minimized costs and streamlined legal holds, custodian interviews, document collection, and production. When T-Mobile acquired MetroPCS, Reilly successfully managed the integration of the two companies' records management and eDiscovery programs.

Before T-Mobile, Reilly was the director of client services at Lighthouse, where she consulted with corporate legal departments to analyze and meet their eDiscovery requirements. Reilly was also an instructor in eDiscovery management at the University of Washington. She developed the curriculum for and taught the Continuing and Professional Education certificate program in eDiscovery management. Prior to Lighthouse and the University of Washington, Reilly practiced at K&L Gates as a staff attorney on their eDiscovery team for six years.

"Lynn is an extremely knowledgeable eDiscovery professional with over 20 years of experience as an attorney," said Beau Holt, vice president of Service Delivery, Lighthouse. "We are thrilled to have Lynn back at Lighthouse and confident that her first-hand perspective of client experience will enable our Hosted Solutions team to focus on what is most important to our clientele ‚àí cost predictability and containment around review and hosted spaces."

Reilly was also active in in-house eDiscovery groups, including the Electronic Discovery Institute. She holds a Juris Doctor with Honors from the University of Washington's School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Washington.

As Reilly takes on this new position, John Olson, Lighthouse's previous director of Hosted Solutions, will transition into a newly-formed role focused on scoping future services for the company.
