Lighthouse's Chief People Officer Kelly McGill and Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition Nikki MacCallum will speak at the March 30 Women Who Lead Roadshow hosted by the International Legal Technology Association. Showcasing some of the most influential women in legal technology, the Women Who Lead Roadshow will offer insightful and educational discussions about legal tech, women's empowerment, and more. McGill will speak as a part of a panel on change management while MacCallum will participate in the workplace challenges on recruiting and retention panel.
