Lighthouse, a leader intechnology-enabled eDiscovery and consulting services, today announced that Rob Iuliano has been promoted to director of eDiscovery Technical Services. In this new role, Iuliano will use his extensive technology background and significant eDiscovery experience to drive the long-term success of technical services for Service Delivery to the company's enterprise client.

Prior to this new role, Iuliano was the production manager at Lighthouse, where he worked to ensure the team functioned at the highest level and met client expectations of quality and turnaround, while also maintaining a blistering pace of process improvement and automation integration. Before Lighthouse, he worked as a manager and architect at Xerox Litigation Services, where he helped to build and maintain Intake and Processing teams, as well as integrate solutions such as review of audio data, native file and imaging automation, centralized finance data gathering and reporting, and social media processing.

Iuliano will also work to develop, analyze and implement continuous system and process improvements including automations and system integration to ensure continued efficiency gains across the Intake, Processing and Production Teams.

Iuliano has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Systems Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
