Lighthouse Completes Acquisition of H5

Company adds seasoned review and analytics leader to executive team.

Lighthouse, a leader in technology-enabled eDiscovery, compliance and information governance services, today announced it has completed its acquisition of H5, the industry's leader in advanced search, review, and data analytics products and services. The intent to acquire H5 was announced on July 8.

H5 offers innovative solutions that combine human expertise, linguistics and highly advanced technologies to meet the growing challenges of the modern legal ecosystem.

The acquisition will strengthen Lighthouse's ability to modernize the eDiscovery and information governance space with a technology-first focus. H5's approximately 250 employees will join Lighthouse to help meet accelerated demand for technologies and services that span the entire client data life cycle, and fully embrace the rapid shifts to cloud and hybrid environments.

The Company also announced that Dr. Lon Troyer has joined Lighthouse's executive leadership team as the vice president of Review and Advanced Analytics. Troyer was formerly the executive managing director and head of Professional Services for H5 and brings a diverse background in technology-assisted review, linguistic modeling linguistic modeling, advanced information retrieval strategies and project management to his role with Lighthouse.
