Lighthouse Appoints Kelly McGill as Chief People Officer

20-year HR veteran is the latest in a recent series of additions to executive leadership ranks.

SEATTLE, Wash. (July 21, 2020) Lighthouse, a leader in technology-enabled eDiscovery, compliance and information governance services, today announced that Kelly McGill has been hired as the new Chief People Officer. McGill brings more than 20 years of experience in HR and talent acquisition and management at technology companies to her role at Lighthouse. As Chief People Officer, McGill will oversee the company's global human resources operations and will work to perpetuate the company's culture as Lighthouse continues to expand its global footprint and employee base.

Prior to Lighthouse, McGill was the Director of Culture and Inclusion for Amazon Web Services (AWS), where she was responsible for scaling and evolving the AWS culture for over 50K employees. Prior to that, McGill was the Chief People Officer at Avvo and Lynda.com, where she focused on driving rapid business growth by providing strategic support and coaching to the senior leadership team. Prior to her role as Chief People Officer, Kelly spent time in a variety of HR and Talent Acquisition leadership roles at LinkedIn, Microsoft and T-Mobile.

McGill holds a PhD in Metaphysics from the University of Metaphysical Science in California. She studied computer information systems at Florida Atlantic University and is a certified network engineer.
