Company recognized for its continued investment in people, process, and technology.
SEATTLE, Wash. (Jan. 13, 2016)Lighthouse, a leader in technology-enabled eDiscovery services and consulting, today announced that the company has been named an Orange-level Relativity Best in Service provider. This designation recognizes kCura's Relativity Premium Hosting Partners who pair people with process and technology to maintain environments with high user counts, as well as provide an exceptional experience for clients. Lighthouse has been recognized in the Relativity Best in Service program since 2013, and Orange-level certified since 2014. The Orange-level designation speaks to Lighthouse's constant dedication to hiring talented people and building a robust infrastructure that serves leading multinational corporations from virtually every industry sector in the United States and Europe. Additionally, approximately 10 percent of the company's staff continue to hold individual Relativity certifications, delivering a high level of technical expertise and service acumen to clients.

"Lighthouse has once again been recognized as an Orange-level Best in Service provider," said Brian McManus, chief executive officer at Lighthouse. "This acknowledgement confirms that our alignment to clients, dedication to innovation and determination to build a team of experts committed to bettering the user experience continues to be a success. We are thrilled to be recognized for these accomplishments and eager to further our mission."

Lighthouse has also developed a suite of custom features, solutions, advanced review applications and expert guidance around Relativity called Relativity Powered by Lighthouse. Included in this suite are highly innovative middleware, custom workflows and applications, such as the company's proprietary SmartSeries, designed to improve the speed and consistency of review, as well as reduce the volume of documents requiring linear review. Clients' overall review costs are reduced by as much as 60 percent through the use of these powerful solutions.

"Lighthouse has achieved Best in Service for the third consecutive year by providing their customers with an outstanding Relativity experience," said Andrew Sieja, president and CEO of kCura. "We're excited that they've taken full advantage of the platform to provide a unique offering to their customers, and plan to continue developing on it."

Through a voluntary audit, Relativity Best in Service partners demonstrate their expertise and experience hosting projects in Relativity. kCura evaluates these partners in three areas: technical infrastructure, customer service, and product expertise. In addition, Best in Service partners must meet a set of requirements for their duration as a hosting partner, size of Relativity installations, and core Relativity certifications.

kCura has two designations for Best in Service partners' data centers: Orange and Blue. While both designate data centers that provide a quality Relativity experience, Orange-level sites have made additional investments in people, process and technology to manage installations with above-average user counts—all while maintaining the high standards of Best in Service.
