Lighthouse Adds Seasoned Sales Leader Paul Johnson to Business Development Team

Johnson to lead sales and account management efforts in the Northwest region of the United States.

Lighthouse, a leader in technology-enabled eDiscovery and consultingservices, today announced that Paul Johnson has joined the team as director of business development in the Northwest region of the U.S. Johnson brings over 25 years of business development and leadership experience to the position, and will work to grow Lighthouse's opportunities and expand thecompany's current clientele.

Prior to Lighthouse, Johnson was president of global sales at Heads Up Puzzles, where he helped to launch the company and grow sales from zero to over $1 million in revenue, managed international sales and product distribution and developed and managed over 200 accounts with recurring revenue. Before Heads Up Puzzles, Johnson was the vice president of sales operations at Key Bank. In this role, he provided sales support which attributed to growing revenue year-over-year, in particular, 340% in one year and 175% the following year.

Johnson received his B.A. from Syracuse University.
