At the outset, we assign each client a pod of seven to ten experts in different time zones to allow for extended coverage, including internationally, as needed. Our pods consist of a client director, account manager, client development manager, and discovery analyst along with a blend of project managers. Your pod brings a pragmatic approach and strategic thinking to every phase of your case, and it serves as your primary contact throughout your matter or across multiple matters.
As a group, the pod develops institutional knowledge of your data, preferred processes, and goals. This approach ensures consistent coverage from your pod, enabling your matters to run more efficiently and providing substantial gains in speed, consistency, and cost savings.
As part of our comprehensive onboarding process, your pod will reach out before your first matter commences to introduce the team and get to know your specific requirements, including any challenges with your data, or unique specifications for review or production. At the start of each new matter, your pod will hold a kickoff call with your counsel and review team to create a case-specific project plan.
As the case moves forward, the dedicated pod meets as often as needed to assess current status against the project plan, share information, and keep you informed of overall progress. Throughout the matter, they continue to advise on proportionality, defensibility, risk, and cost to ensure you have the information you need to make the best decisions.
