David joined Lighthouse in 2017 as the Chief Financial Officer and became the Chief Operating Officer in 2019. He is responsible for service delivery and infrastructure including client service, expert solutions, and eDiscovery operations as well as datacenter, security, and enterprise project management.
Prior to Lighthouse, he was the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administration Officer at Blue Nile, a publicly traded ecommerce company, from 2011 to 2017. In those roles, his responsibilities included all aspects of finance, accounting, and treasury as well as supply chain management, fulfillment center operations, physical security, legal, and pricing. From 2008 to 2011, he was Chief Financial Officer at Infospace, a publicly traded internet content and technology company.
David earned a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts in Economics and Finance from Brandeis University. He lives in Seattle with his wife, young son, and badly behaved dog. He enjoys biking, watersports, and is working on bettering his tennis game and guitar play.

Pankaj is the Chief Technology Officer at Lighthouse with global responsibility for all technology strategy, engineering, and product management. As the legal sector embraces Big Data, ML, and AI, Pankaj is on a mission to ensure that Lighthouse continues to blaze the trail in this sector and establishes itself as the industry leader.
Pankaj is a multifaceted leader with extensive experience building SaaS, PaaS, and Mobile Applications through more than a quarter-century in product development, product management, security, and the developer ecosystem. He honed his expertise at global companies including Microsoft, GE Healthcare, and AT&T. Before Lighthouse, Pankaj was vice president, software engineering at Tableau (a Salesforce company). He joined Tableau in early 2017 before the Salesforce acquisition and led initiatives to improve developer productivity. In 2018, he was tasked with moving Tableau from an on-prem solution to a SaaS solution, which he successfully accomplished. Tableau Online grew dramatically to $250 million in annual revenues under his leadership. Previously at Lumedx, Pankaj launched a new health view analytics offering helping improve patient outcomes using AI and ML.

Bill joined Lighthouse in 2018 as Vice President of Sales working with Fortune 500 corporations and AmLaw 100 law firms throughout the United States, Europe, and Asia Pacific to help clients improve their strategies for handling complex discovery matters while creating greater cost and control efficiencies throughout the discovery process.
Appointed Chief Revenue Officer in 2024, he now oversees Lighthouse’s global revenue strategy and leads the Sales, Client Success, and Sales Enablement organizations. With the introduction of analytics and artificial intelligence into the legal industry, Bill has been an industry leader through this unprecedented time, helping guide clients forward with innovative solutions.
Prior to his start in the eDiscovery industry nearly 20 years ago, Bill was a litigator for five years, as well as a guest trial advocacy instructor at Seton Hall University where he taught students how to leverage technology in practice.
Bill is also a frequent presenter and author on a variety of topics including How to Develop an Electronic Discovery Action Plan; The FRCP Amendments: Dealing with Electronic Discovery; Emerging Case Law in Electronic Discovery; and Leveraging Technology to Reduce Discovery Costs.
Bill earned his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law.

As Chief Executive Officer at Lighthouse, Ron Markezich brings more than 30 years of experience in building technology solutions and serving the largest enterprises in the world. As Lighthouse CEO, Ron’s focus is on providing exceptional service to our clients, building innovative eDiscovery, compliance, and governance solutions, as well as developing a strong and diverse team.
Ron joins Lighthouse from Microsoft where he spent the last 24 years in leadership roles across nearly every functional area. His mission was to grow Microsoft’s commercial cloud services which he did as the Office 365 incubation leader, which led to leadership roles responsible for U.S. Enterprise Sales, Microsoft 365 Marketing, and Global Pricing & Licensing. While Ron was Microsoft’s Chief Information Officer, he started Microsoft’s commercial cloud services in 2007. During this time, Ron’s incubation team sold, migrated, and supported Microsoft’s first cloud customers, which included many of the top brands in the world.
Ron started his career at Accenture, then Andersen Consulting, where he worked for almost 10 years serving clients across the U.S. and helping build Accenture’s offshore development office in Manila, Philippines. He began his Accenture career as a software developer and advanced to a leadership position on some of the biggest, most complex consulting projects and programs conducted by Accenture at the time.
Ron received a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems at the University of Notre Dame, where he was also a cross country All-American and track & field school record holder in the 10,000M. He and his wife, Debbie, have four children and reside in the Seattle area.

Sue joined Lighthouse in November 2022 as Senior Director People & Culture as a strategic and transformative human resource leader with demonstrated success creating and developing strong human resource competencies in multiple global sites. The depth of her 25 years of experience spans multiple industries (manufacturing, PE, etc.) and companies such as Protective Industrial Products, Tempur Sealy International, and Time Warner Cable designing, implementing, managing, and administering HR solutions, in addition to working tirelessly to enrich company culture.
She holds a master’s degree in labor policy studies from SUNY Empire State College, where she cultivated a passion for creating workplace environments that thrive on open communication, transparency, constructive feedback, and career development opportunities. Outside of work, Sue actively participates in several charitable organizations and served for more than 10 years on the Executive Board of Directors for the Alzheimer’s Association of Northeastern New York.

JP manages Lighthouse’s renowned solutions teams, from Client Services, to Review and Advanced Analytics, Forensics, Spectra, and Information Governance.
JP has had a distinguished career building innovative technology businesses, both inside large enterprises and as a founder of successful startups. Immediately prior to Lighthouse, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer at Identity Digital responsible for the largest registry of top-level domains in the world. John managed Product Development, Operations, Sales, and Marketing. Identity was #1 in Deloitte’s “Fast 500” and was acquired by Abry Partners in October 2018.
JP has been prominent in the Seattle startup community for almost two decades. He was co-founder and CEO at Elemental, which was acquired by Porch in 2015. Elemental created Sprio, a secure group management and communication platform, and TapClips, an action video capture app that was purchased by Sports Illustrated.
He was also co-founder and CEO of Jott—a voice-based mobile assistant—which had a great run in the early smartphone days and was featured by Apple in print media and public relations. Jott was acquired by Nuance in 2009. In his years at Nuance, JP was the Vice President of the Voice to Text Services division, which during his time grew paid users from zero to over 80 million worldwide.
JP had a 13-year career at Microsoft beginning in the early 1990s. He was a Product Manager both for massive products (Office) as well as ones more leading edge (Sidewalk.com). He was one of the early managers at Expedia – then the Travel Business Unit within Microsoft – leading its international teams, launching the service in the UK, Germany, and Australia. After its Microsoft spin-out and initial public offering, JP also shipped Expedia’s first corporate travel product, and designed and shipped the first mobile travel assistant – Expedia To Go.
For several years out of college, JP was at Harvard’s Institute for International Development, managing a portfolio of grant funding to public health research teams in Thailand, Indonesia, and Pakistan.
JP has an MBA from the University of Michigan, and a BA in History from Kenyon College.

As Chief Marketing Officer of Lighthouse, Stacy serves as an innovative marketer leading with a customer-obsessed, insights-driven, and outcome-based approach to branding, communications, thought leadership, demand generation, and product and solutions marketing. She’s a versatile leader known for developing and inspiring high performing teams. Stacy has a long history of growing brands and building strong workplace cultures, and believes great brands are built from the inside out, energized by a culture that promotes growth, impact and belonging.
Prior to this role, Stacy was Vice President of Marketing at Lighthouse from August 2017 to January 2023. Before Lighthouse, she was the Vice President of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications at Blucora NASDAQ: BCOR (formerly Infospace), where she provided overall guidance for the company’s internal and external communications, brand, and corporate giving functions. While there, Stacy implemented plans to ensure a positive corporate image and culture during multiple phases of turnaround, strategic repositioning, and renewal. She also led numerous financial communications initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and public offerings.
Before joining Blucora in 2005, Stacy was an Investment Relations Analyst at Cascade Investment, a private investment and holding company for William H. Gates III and The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Previous to her role at Cascade Investment, she served in various investor relations roles at 360networks Inc. and XO Communications. She began her career at Telecommunications Inc. (now Comcast Corp) in marketing.
