Lighthouse, a leader in technology-enabled eDiscovery, compliance, and information governance services, is pleased to announce that Dawn Garrison, senior proposal marketing manager, has been named an Emerging Leader by “Profiles in Leadership Journal.” Garrison is one of a select group recognized for shaping workplace culture and inspiring colleagues as they embark on their leadership journey.
A licensed attorney, Garrison is responsible for curating Lighthouse proposals and content related to large, complex litigation and regulatory projects. She also manages the team responsible for responding to requests for proposals. A military spouse, she began and serves as steering committee leader for Lighthouse’s Military & Allies Standing Together (MAST) employee resource group (ERG). As part of her work on behalf of the broader legal community, she is also the Mid-Atlantic regional director for Women in eDiscovery.
“Dawn exemplifies leadership every day through her commitment to inclusivity, authenticity, and empathy,” said Stacy Ybarra, chief marketing officer at Lighthouse. “She is a tireless advocate for others, always shows up and serves as the example, never asking anyone to do anything she isn’t willing to do herself. She is truly an emerging leader at Lighthouse and throughout the eDiscovery community.”
Garrison was recognized for her many acts of leadership, including spearheading a supplier diversity program at Lighthouse and reviving the Pittsburgh Chapter of Women in eDiscovery, which had gone dormant during COVID.
“I’ve always believed in making organizations better than I found them, and I’ve been lucky to have phenomenal leaders in my life and career who have pointed the way,” said Garrison. “It’s an honor to be recognized by ‘Profiles in Leadership Journal’ as an emerging leader.”
