Lighthouse Hires Industry Veteran Michael Miller to Lead Business Development Team

February 1, 2016

Miller will guide Lighthouse's efforts to drive revenue, as well as broaden and strengthen current go-to-market strategies.
SEATTLE, Wash. (Feb 1, 2016)Lighthouse, a leader in technology-enabled eDiscovery and consulting services, today announced that Michael Miller has joined Lighthouse's leadership team as the senior vice president of Sales. Miller brings over two decades of diverse leadership experience, running the revenue and sales functions for technology-based service companies. He will drive revenue by overseeing and growing Lighthouse's business development team and efforts, expanding channel relationships, and continuing to build a culture of excellence. Miller will also ensure continuous improvements in Lighthouse's go-to-market strategies.

Prior to Lighthouse, Miller was the senior vice president of global sales and marketing for Globys, Inc., where he defined the company's market strategy and grew the sales pipeline by more than $60 million in less than one year. Before Globys, Miller was president and chief executive officer of Calico Energy. It was in this role that he established a performance-based corporate culture tied to the company's go-to-market strategy, built a predictable recurring revenue model with high margins and a large backlog of contracted revenue, and raised $13 million in growth capital.

"Mike's impeccable leadership style and diverse experience have enabled him to lead many successful organizations," said Brian McManus, chief executive officer of Lighthouse. "We are thrilled to have him onboard and look forward to seeing the impact he will make on Lighthouse's continued growth and development as a leader in the industry."

Miller received his B.S. in Political Science from Syracuse University.
