Lighthouse Named 2013 Portfolio Company of the Year by Columbia Pacific Advisors

Company recognized for tremendous growth and momentum over the course of the last year.

SEATTLE, Wash. (March 17, 2014) – Lighthouse eDiscovery, a leader in technology-enabled eDiscovery services, today announced that it has been recognized by Columbia Pacific Advisors (formerly Union Bay Capital Partners) as their 2013 Portfolio Company of the Year. This annual accolade recognizes Columbia Pacific Advisors’ top performing investment in terms of growth and momentum over the course of the year.

Columbia Pacific Advisors’ portfolio is comprised of technology companies in the growth stage of their business cycle with a large concentration of intellectual property assets. Lighthouse outperformed other successful technology companies within the portfolio by standing out among a crowded marketplace and demonstrating a high level of expertise in a specialized area.

“Lighthouse has one of the most impressive management teams with which we’ve had the pleasure of working,” said Jeff Schrock, Managing Director of Columbia Pacific Advisors. “The team has an extraordinary level of experience, professionalism, and focus on its mission and vision.”

Other Columbia Pacific Advisors investments that were contenders for the award included ComiXology, the top grossing non-game app in the Apple iTunes library for the third straight year, Next IT, World CNG, Northeast Wireless, and Blue Box.

“This award reinforces the progress we’ve made toward our goal of being the best eDiscovery company in the country,” said Brian McManus, Chief Executive Officer of Lighthouse eDiscovery. “It is an honor to be singled out for this recognition among such a strong field of contenders.”
