Joe has over 20 years of experience successfully leading sales teams to increase revenue streams, as well as extensive knowledge around mapping marketing and sales processes to the client journey. As Vice President of Sales for the Western Region, Joe leads the company’s West Coast sales team by driving long-term client relationships and implementing new and innovative ways to support the changing needs of clients and stakeholders.
Prior to his position at Lighthouse, Joe was the Vice President of Discovery Solutions at Precision Discovery, Inc., where he was responsible for leading and developing the sales team, as well as growing and managing the largest individual sales book in the company, which included clients from both law firms and corporations.
Joe has spent the majority of his career in sales management in the print industry, most notably RR Donnelley, where he managed a staff of 65, including six Regional Sales Managers, and generated over $95 million in revenue and profits.
Joe received his B.S. in Economics and Minor in Business from Santa Clara University.
