Chief Financial Officer

Eric is the Chief Financial Officer at Lighthouse, where he is responsible for managing the company’s financial activities, including planning and analysis, accounting, taxation, financial operations, strategic development, investor relations, and overseeing strategy implementation. Eric brings over 20 years of extensive financial, strategic planning, and leadership to Lighthouse.

Prior to this role, Eric was the Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer of A Place for Mom, Inc., a mission-driven company providing the largest assisted living referral service in the U.S. In this role Eric was the strategic partner to the CEO, influencing strategy and was responsible for the financial operations of the company, including accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, taxation, and investor relations. Before joining A Place For Mom, Inc., Eric held a number of finance and accounting leadership roles at Blucora, Inc. (NASDAQ: BCOR, formerly Infospace, Inc.) culminating with the Chief Financial Officer role from 2011 to 2017. Eric started his career with Deloitte and Touche as an auditor and Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Eric holds a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Washington in addition to a B.A. Sociology from Western Washington University. He serves on the Board of Directors as a member of the Endowment Committee and Chair of the Investment Committee at Village Theater in Issaquah, WA.
