For Lighthouse, our top priority is ensuring a smooth and successful start to our partnership with you. At the outset, we assign to you a “pod” of project managers typically made up of a senior project manager and several project managers. They are supported by an ediscovery solutions analyst who can spot and solve any technical issues as they arise. The pod develops institutional knowledge of your data, preferred processes, and goals. This approach ensures consistent coverage by a team that knows you, allowing your matters to run more efficiently, providing substantial gains in speed, consistency, and cost savings.
As a part of Lighthouse’s comprehensive onboarding process, your project management pod will reach out to you even before your first matter commences, to introduce the team and get to know you. They will also learn your requirements, be they challenges with your data, or standing specifications for review or production. Then, at the outset of your first matter, they will hold a matter kickoff call with your counsel and review team, to discuss your challenges and expectations, and work with your team to identify and recommend the optimal strategy, and create a case-specific project plan.
As the case moves forward, the Lighthouse team meets as often as needed to assess progress against the project plan, share information and keep you informed of progress. Throughout the matter, they continue to advise on proportionality, defensibility, risk, and cost, to ensure you have the information you need to make the best decisions.
“The dedication and commitment shown by Lighthouse’s project management team is unparalleled. I don’t know what the last 6 months would have been like without you guys! Thank you, thank you!”
