Reilly will speak in the session entitled The ESI Discovery Conundrum and Scrutinizing the Effectiveness of Using Proportionality in Minimizing eDiscovery Burdens and Costs. In this session, Reilly will discuss how to manage ESI discovery, how the law is evolving in respect to all the devices that are used for corporate communications, and the practical effects of ESI in terms of improving proportionality, efficiency and cost.
