Coronavirus Preparedness At Lighthouse

Regina Chepalis Joins Lighthouse Team as Director of Project Management

SEATTLE, Wash. (March 16, 2015) – Lighthouse, a leader in technology-enabled ediscovery services and consulting, announced that Regina Chepalis has joined the company as director of project management. As one of the first leaders to support the ediscovery industry, Chepalis brings over 30 years of leadership experience in a variety of legal service companies to her new role at Lighthouse.

Prior to joining Lighthouse, Chepalis was the national director at Ricoh USA, where she successfully developed and implemented a go-forward strategy for new service offerings that aligned with Ricoh’s overall business goals. This plan included the selection of technology platforms, the launching of new services, the participation in acquisition strategies and partner selections, and the reorganization and management of client services, sales, and operational teams. Chepalis has vast experience within the ediscovery industry, including being a founding member of Applied Discovery, the chief operating officer at Electronic Evidence Discovery, and an executive for legal services companies in charge of sales, project management and operations.  Prior to the evolution of ediscovery services, Regina held leadership positions for litigation support companies, served as a consultant for the US Department of Justice, and as a litigation support manager for Skadden, Arps, Meagher & Flom.

“Regina is an accomplished industry leader in building and managing high performance teams,” said Beau Holt, vice president of service delivery, Lighthouse. “We are excited to have someone with her experience overseeing our project management team and ensuring that Lighthouse offers compelling services that are both efficient and effective.”

As the new director of Lighthouse’s project management team, Chepalis will aim to create a compelling service offering that drives client efficiencies and reduces risk and costs, allowing clients to better budget and manage their ediscovery information. She is passionate about exceeding expectations and believes consistent, proactive communication is the key to a successful project.

As a graduate of Virginia Tech, Chepalis has a Bachelor of Arts in political science and a minor in sociology.
