Jaydeep Singh Joins Lighthouse as New Director of Engineering

SEATTLE, Wash. (March 16, 2015) – Lighthouse, a leader in technology-enabled ediscovery services and consulting, today announced that Jaydeep Singh has joined the company as the new director of engineering. Singh brings 20 years of experience to the position with a focus in building and leading teams to deliver client aligned products and services.

Prior to Lighthouse, Singh was the director of engineering at Microsoft, where he led multi-disciplinary teams in India, China, and Redmond, Wash. While in this position, Singh was the visionary behind and drove development of many new client-based platforms including and Microsoft’s Automated Troubleshooting Services and Support Diagnostic Platform. Singh also successfully recruited and mentored top talent from within the industry, and from various colleges.

Formerly, Singh served as an engineering manager at Microsoft, where he helped develop an ingestion platform that powers multiple Microsoft applications for millions of users. Prior to this role, he served as a development manager for almost four years and as a software development engineer for less than a year, both at Microsoft. In these roles, Singh architected and designed additional platforms and services.

Singh holds a Bachelor of Engineering in computer science from Jawaharlal Nehru Engineering College, India. In addition, he has also received awards from Microsoft for individual excellence and leadership.
