We’re a mix of people from many walks of life, who thrive on knowledge and a youthful spirit. We have a big company vision, fueled with a startup mentality and a drive to break molds and forge new ideas. This is a place to make your mark – where you can bring your best to the table and grow your career.
This is life at Lighthouse.
At Lighthouse, we strive to promote careers rather than jobs. Our philosophy is to hire the best people and then set them up for success. Here, collaboration is a defining part of how we work, where we strategize, problem solve, and bring new ideas to life as a team.
We go beyond ‘standard’ to offer more. A competitive bonus plan, paid volunteer time off, pet insurance, commuter program, 401K match… and the list goes on. When it comes to benefits, we’ve got you covered.
We are committed to improving lives and developing relationships within our communities.
This is more than a job – it’s an experience. So we’ve created a casual work environment – open floor plan, snacks, and plenty of social gatherings and celebrations. We work hard and have loads of fun along the way.
A Place to Grow
We are committed to helping each other reach maximum potential. With paid training and leadership that is dedicated to empowerment, the opportunity to advance is a part of every employee’s experience. If you want to grow in your career, this is the place to do it.

lighthouse volunteering spotlight: Cassie’s Story
His handmade sign reads, “just me and my dog.” He has kind eyes and he likes to sit on a bench with a view of the water – just a 5-minute walk from Lighthouse’s Seattle office. After only one interaction, I knew I wanted to create a care package to help him. To be honest, I’d never done anything like that before and so I googled “homeless care packages” the entire bus ride home that night. The following weekend I went on a shopping spree and collected dog food, protein bars, toothpaste, wet wipes, hand sanitizer, and anything else that google had told me might be helpful.
Lighthouse Volunteering Spotlight: KATE’s Story
In addition to hosting Lighthouse-sponsored volunteering opportunities for our employees through the Lighthouse Cares program, Lighthouse offers each full-time employee Volunteering Time Off, or VTO, to participate in nonprofit activities outside of work. Below is one example of a dedicated employee leveraging that time to participate in their community and give back to a cause that is near and dear to them.
lighthouse volunteering spotlight: Jamie’s Story
In honor of International Youth Day on August 12, 2018, Lighthouse donated more than 25 bicycles to The Chelly Foundation on behalf of the children of Chumkuri, Cambodia. The Chelly Foundation is a non-profit charity providing educational and health services to Cambodian youth. Earlier this month, Lighthouse’s Jamie Brown, Vice President of Advisory Services, who serves on The Chelly Foundation Board, spent two weeks in Cambodia to experience life in the village in hopes of better supporting the Foundation’s mission. Here’s an article describing her experience.
